* Round 1 LD/PF/BQ/Extemp Debate - 6:30pm EST

* Round 2 Extemp Debate - 7:00pm EST

* Round 2 LD/PF/BQ & Round 3 Extemp Debate - 7:30pm EST

* Round 4 Extemp Debate - 8:00pm EST

This tournament features:

* Big Question (2 rounds) -"Resolved: Creativity is a more powerful force than intelligence."

* LD Novice and Open/Varsity (2 rounds) - January/February Topic "Resolved: The United States ought to become party to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and/or the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court."

* PF Novice and Open/Varsity (2 rounds) Nov/Dec Topic "Resolved: The United States should accede to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court."

* Extemp Debate - 4 rounds - Topic posted to all registered competitors at 5:30pm EST.

Entry fee is $10 per entry and we require 1 judge for every 2 entries.
