I am pleased to share this docket for the upcoming Sunday, Feb 2nd Congressional Debate prepared by the Citron Student committee. The docket consists of 7 bills/resolutions for the prelim rounds and 3 for the Elim rounds.

The tournament will consist of 2 preliminary rounds and 1 elimination round. The schedule is as follows:

• Prelim Round 1 - 9am EST to 11am EST
• Prelim Round 2 - 12pm EST to 2pm EST
• Elim Round - 3pm EST to 5pm EST (approx) - the top 12-15 competitors (based on # of entries from the Preliminary Round will be advanced to the Elim Round)

POs will be elected for each of the rounds.

The Prelim rooms will be kept to under 12 competitors.

Registration fee is $10 per entry and the schools must provide one judge for every 5 entries for the Prelim rounds. If your school needs to buy out a judge please contact me directly at allibkind@haftr.org.
