Welcome to the Reagan/Saint Mary’s Hall Rattler Baron Swing Speech and Debate Tournament!

We are excited to welcome you to the first swing tournament held at Reagan High School, hosted by Reagan and Saint Mary’s Hall. Some helpful information:

• We will be offering a single debate tournament and a swing speech tournament.

• The Reagan side of the speech swing will have rounds on Friday. The SMH side of the speech swing will only take place on Saturday.

• We reserve the opportunity for Reagan and SMH students to compete on either side of the swing.

• All events will follow TFA rules

• There must be a school employee with students at all times on campus, or risk the school’s entry being disqualified

• Students may cross-enter between Congress and Extemp, but MAY NOT cross-enter between Extemp and any other debate.

• Speech events with 16 entries or fewer will have 2 prelim rounds and finals. Speech events with more than 16 entries will have one preliminary round, semis, and finals.
