Welcome to the Public Forum Invitational at Northwestern University!

Greetings,

We are thrilled to invite you to attend the Public Forum Invitational at Northwestern University which will take place online via NSDA Campus from October 5-6, 2024. The full tournament invitation is available here.

We will feature public forum competitions in all the following divisions: Middle School, Junior Varsity, and Varsity. Registration will open on June 1st. All competitors will be using the NSDA September-October topic.

Payment can be made through https://northwesterndebate.square.site/, and the receipt (along with your institution & entry name in the subject line) can be emailed to debatenorthwestern@gmail.com for verification. Once you've emailed your receipt & institution name, we'll respond with confirmation for your designated entries. As of Sept. 30th at 1pm CST, late fees have been enforced online for fee obligations reconciled after the deadline -- $25 per entry which will incrementally increase each day payment's past due.

Check-in: 8am

Judge Training: 8:15am

Blast: 8:50am

Round 1: 9am

Round 2: 11:30am

Round 3: 2:00 pm

Round 4: 3:30 pm

Round 5: 5:15 pm

Round 6: 7:00pm

Sunday, October 6th

Octos: 9am

Quarters: 11:00am

Semis: 1:00pm

Finals: 3:00pm
