Welcome to YFL 3 at Mountain House High! We are so glad to have you all join us for another tournament this season! As our tournament occurs, please keep a few things in mind as your team registers to compete:

-Double entry in both extemporaneous events is NOT allowed

-Double entry with Duo Interp is only permitted with LD, PF, and Parli

-Students may enter in a maximum of three events in the Speech pattern.

-Double entry in more than 1 Debate event is NOT permitted

-There must be a coach on site during the entirety of the tournament!

My name is Simran Kaur and am the coach for Mountain House HS! As we prepare for YFL#3 this weekend (November 23), here are a couple of reminders:

Registration:
Registration at the tournament is from 7-7:30 am in the Learning Commons Building. This is whereall judges will check in. There will be coffee and other refreshments provided.
Coaches:
Coaches will be in L102 (in the Learning Commons Building).
Extemp/Parli Prep is in room L103 (in the Learning Commons Building).
I have attached a map of the campus and will also have several signs of the buildings to reduce
confusion!
If any rooms are locked when they need to be unlocked the day of the tournament, please let me
know! In case I am nowhere to be found, my number is (209)610-8079
Students:
Students will hang out in the Theater during breaks. Please remind students that they cannot eat
in the Theater but can eat outside in the Quad area.
There will be food trucks as well as concessions so if they would like to bring money they can.
Please remind students to not enter classrooms without a judge present.
