The Arkansas Communication and Theatre Arts Association's River Valley Speech and Debate League is thrilled to invite you to our 2nd Annual RVSDL Season Championship. This isn't just any tournament; it's a radical journey back to the electrifying 80s!

What’s the Buzz? This year, as a nod to the legendary May the 4th be with you, we're rolling out an 80s-inspired theme. Get ready for a competition where the IPDA topics and impromptu prompts are pulled straight from the gnarly politics and pop culture of the 1980s!

Awards & More: Feel the vibe of the Karate Kid with our 'All Valley Championship' style awards. Whether you're a debater or a dramatist, it’s your chance to shine, 80s style!

Schedule:

• Friday, May 3rd: Kick-off in the afternoon with IPDA and impromptu sessions. Dive into debates that will take you back in time, and start the championship off with a bang!
• Saturday, May 4th: The excitement continues with outrounds of IPDA and all rounds of individual speaking and acting events.

• Calling All Community Judges! Got a knack for judging and a love for the 80s? We need community judges to help determine the best of the best. Join us to make this championship totally tubular!
