Resolved: The United State federal government should ban single-use plastics.
Topics will be submitted by competing schools and selected by the Tournament Director.

Coaches and students who are aware of harassment and/or discrimination outside of SDIVSL League activities are strongly encouraged to report these instances to the appropriate parties (other coaches, administrators, etc.) for investigation and resolution.
