Northern South Dakota District Qualifier

for the 2024 National Tournament

Northern SD Speech and Debate Qualifier will be held at Harrisburg High School Feb 16 and 17.

Congress and BQ will be held in Watertown on Monday, March 11.

There will be NEW legislation specifically for quals. Please submit your Congress legislation by Feb 10. (Gives 1 month of prep)

Judges:We need judges. Our schedule is entirely dependent on number of judges. We are looking at have finals for IE's on Saturday currently. Put in ALL your assistant coaches. If a head coach wants to stay out of the pool- find two people to replace you. Committee members- we are judging. We want to build the schedule that at least one of us is off to handle complaints and leave time in between rounds to check in and file the protests.

PLEASE have your judges and entries in asap. Even if the entry changes- the number is important. Double entries is important.
