Welcome to the Centerville Fall Classic!

We will provide full hospitality for judges and coaches, as well as a concession stand with lunch options for competitors.

Congress - We will use the TFA docket. Bills 11-15 for session 1 and 16-20 for session 2. All competitors will debate in both sessions.

Debate - We will have both Policy and LD. LD will use the NSDA Sept-Oct topic. 3 guaranteed rounds.

If the IE interp events do not make, we will combine them into one "Interp" event category. 3 guaranteed rounds.

OO and INF will be combined. 3 guaranteed rounds.

• Congress entries cannot cross enter any other event.

• Debate entries can enter extemp but not the other IEs.

• IE entries can enter extemp but not Debate.

• Students will be limited to 2 IE entries.

• If a student is entered in extemp AND either Debate or an IE, please limit them to just one IE.

We will be using tabroom for registration and balloting. Students will need their own tabroom account linked to their institution/school.

IEs $15 per competitor

LD $25 per competitor

CX $40 per team

Judge Fees

1 judge for every 2 entries or less for CX or a missing judge fee of $125

1 judge for every 4 entries or less for LD or a missing judge fee of $125

1 judge for every 6 entries or less for IE/Congress or a missing judge fee of $125

CX Debate: Policy debate will use the 2023 - 2024 topic.

Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase fiscal redistribution in the United States by adopting a federal jobs guarantee, expanding Social Security, and/or providing a basic income.

Congress Docket: Texas Forensic Association Fall Docket 2023. Items 11-20.

NEW IN 2023-2024: ALL SCHOOLS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THEIR OUTSTANDING BALANCES ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT OR PROVIDE A PURCHASE ORDER. FAILURE TO PAY YOUR FEES WILL RESULT IN YOUR STUDENTS BEING REMOVED FROM THE TOURNAMENT.

If we haven't received payment within 30 days after the completion of the tournament we reserve the right to charge a $100 late fee. For every additional 7 days after 30 days that the balance remains unpaid we will be charging $50.
