BAD TOURNAMENT DONT LOOK
2023 — Waco, TX/US
Friends:
The Waco: Connally High School Speech and Debate team invites you to join us on Saturday, December 2 for our first annual Cadet Standard tournament. We look forward to hosting your team to a day of great food, educational rounds, and FRIENDLY competition!
EVENTS:
Our tournament will offer four guaranteed rounds for debate events in addition to three guaranteed rounds of individual events. We will offer competition opportunities for all TFA/NSDA/UIL speech and debate events.

Students will be allowed to cross enter except in CX. CX may NOT do any other event. LD/PF may cross enter in Extemp.
CX Debaters will be debating the 2023 - 2024 Resolution - Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase fiscal redistribution in the United States by adopting a federal jobs guarantee, expanding Social Security, and/or providing a basic income.
PF Debaters will be debating the November/December Resolution - Resolved:
UIL division LD Debaters will be debating the UIL Fall 2023 Resolution - Resolved: Wealth inequality in the United States is detrimental to democracy.
