The NYCUDL and District 16 invites you, your students, and judges to attend District 16's Tournament #3. Elementary and Middle School debate will be a LIVE event at Brighter Choice Community School in Brooklyn.

The resolution is:

Resolved: Public colleges and universities in the United States should be free to attend.

We offer the following divisions:

ES Schedule:

Registration: 8:30 AM
Morning meeting: 9:15 AM-9:30 AM
Round 1: 9:30 AM -10:15 AM
Break: 10:15 AM -10:30 AM
Round 2: 10:30 AM-11:15 AM
Awards: 11:30 AM-11:45 AM

MS Schedule

Registration and Lunch: 10:30 AM-11:00 AM
Welcome Meeting: 11:00 AM-11:30 AM
Round 1: 11:45 AM-12:45 PM
Round 2: 1:00 PM-2:00 PM
Awards: 2:15 PM-2:30 PM

Judging:

All schools are required to enter at least one judge. All coaches will be entered as judges unless another chaperone is specified to fulfill the obligation. Please enter this in tabroom or email emily.moffa@debate.nyc and Emily will help enter your judges.
