7. Judges provided by attending teams are assigned ballots in all age groups their team is NOT competing in. So a judge provided by a high school team will be assign ballots in elementary school, middle school, college, and professional divisions but not in the high school division. This ensures all judges have no vested interest in the outcome of the rounds they're judging.
