HOST Coaches: Jym Froelich (Pine View) & Dr. Terri St John (Sarasota)

EVENTS: Student Congress only. No entry limit.

COST: $15.00 per competitor including host/lunch fee PLUS an additional $10.00 lunch fee for each judge. Fees can be paid via PayPal on the league website, checks (made out to FGCCFL) for the full amount, or cash. All fees must be paid in full by the final session of the tournament. Late payments are no longer accepted.

COACHES' MEETING: During Session 2 (~10:45, prior to lunch), all coaches will gather for the live, in-person Fall Meeting. Coaches without Congress entries are still expected to be in attendance for the Meeting. The League will pay for all coaches’ lunches, so coaches without entries should notify Jym Froelich if this applies. In the same email, please indicate the entry-less coach’s lunch option (See below). Suggested agenda items are also welcome—email those to <james.froelich@sarasotacountyschools.net>, as well.

FOOD: Closed campus (FGCCFL rule). No one may leave campus for lunch, and no one may have lunch delivered during tournaments. Lunches are automatically ordered for students and judges as part of registration; ONE complimentary lunch will be provided to each school for the head coach. Coaches must order all vegetarian lunches on Tabroom. Lunch will be catered by Chick-fil-A:

1. Chick fil A Chicken Sandwich (with chips and cookie)
2. Market Salad* (Grilled chicken with mixed greens, blue cheese,** apples & berries)
3. Market Salad* ~ Vegetarian (No Chicken)

• *Salads are gluten-free.
• ** Blue cheese crumbles are separate.

JUDGING REQUIREMENTS: One (1) judge for every six entries. COACHES: Do not count yourself in your judge quota as we must be able to use you where needed! All coaches should be prepared to serve as Parliamentarian. Remember to list conflicts (by STUDENT FULL NAME) in the “Judge Notes” space on Tabroom.

BALLOTING: This tournament will use paper ballots. Judges must have a linked Tabroom account.
