Flintridge Sacred Heart

Catholic Middle School Invitational

(Entries limited to local (Los Angeles County) Catholic Middle Schools (grades 6-8)

Local Catholic Middle Schools are cordially invited to compete at Flintridge Sacred Heart's Inaugural Catholic Middle School Speech Invitational!

This tournament is an In-Person tournament and space is limited.

Schools are not required to have a competitive "team", though each school is required to have an official school chaperone who can represent and be responsible for all students from that school. In other words, official chaperones must bring official emergency and field trip forms for their students and participation must be approved by the school principal. The Coach or school representative MUST be contact-able throughout the entire tournament in case any issues arise.

We'd like to offer our help and free coaching time to all Catholic Middle Schools interested in competing at this tournament. Please contact Leilani McHugh (Lmchugh@fsha.org) to schedule dates and times to coach both teachers and/or students.

Speech & Debate is a wonderful activity and we'd love to introduce you to it.

Tabroom accounts are required for each school and for each competitor.

No need to bring judges! Experienced High School Students from local teams will judge. Categories of competition may be collapsed depending on the number of entries per category.
