8:00 - 8:30 Registration (coaches, judges, & Students with issues meet in Assembly room)
8:30 - 9:30 Judge Orientation
9:30 - 11:30 Rd I
11:30 - 1:30 Rd II
1:30 - 2:00 Lunch Break
2:00 - 4:00 Rd III (Hi-Low Power Match)

Debate Topics:
Policy topic:
"Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its security cooperation with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in one or more of the following areas: artificial intelligence, biotechnology, cybersecurity."Jan./Feb. LD topic:
"Resolved: Justice requires open borders for human migration."
Jan. Public Forum Debate Topic:
"Resolved: The United States Federal Government should increase its diplomatic efforts to peacefully resolve internal armed conflicts in West Asia."

Judges: Each school is obligated to provide one qualified judge per every 2 Policy, Parli, & Pofo teams,* and one qualified judge per every 4 LD entries.* If your judging quota is not met, your entries may be dropped. Judges should have pens, flow pads, and laptop.
