Welcome to the 2023 AIA Division I State Tournament
February 24th-25th, 2023
Tournament Site: In-Person at Mountain Ridge High School (22800 N 67th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85310)
This tournament is for Division I AIA Arizona High Schools only. Please check to make sure you are registering for the correct division.
Competition Events at this Tournament
Coaches should be the one preparing the team's entry. Entry Restrictions: CX, LD, and PF Debaters will be allowed to double-enter in Congress and 2 IE events. NON-Debaters will be allowed to enter Congress and 2 IE events. Big Questions is limited to solo, or maverick entries only. Partnership entries will not be accepted in that event. Tournament event fees are: $25 per team, $5 for a solo event, and $10 for a partnered event. Schools are limited to 6 entries per event.

Congressional Debate
Congress legislation must be submitted to Tabroom.com by 2/10. If there are more than 10 items submitted, teams will ballot for the final docket. Please follow submission guidelines and use the supplied templates. Congressional Debate will start at 8:00 AM on Friday the 24th. All other debates will begin at 3:30 PM.
