The 1st Annual “All Saints Way” Open

ALL SAINTS EPISCOPAL SCHOOL

3222 103RD STREET

LUBBOCK, TX, 79423

JANUARY 28, 2023

All Saints Episcopal School in Lubbock, TX, cordially invites you to the 1st Annual All Saints Way Open! We are so excited to host our first tournament and open the doors to you all, our guests. As such, we plan to make this one of the most comfortable and quick tournaments in West Texas.

The “All Saints Way” is our school creed that teaches us to act in kindness and promote a love of learning. As a result, we want to make this a tournament that saves you time, money, and creates a competitive environment. In addition, we plan on hiring a great deal of judges and exhausting our volunteer base. This is to ensure that the tournament runs smoothly and we can, possibly, get everyone on the road at a good time.

Join our tournament Remind! We will make sure to include all postings and announcements there once the tournament starts!

Below you will find more details!

Though we are using a lot of hires and volunteers, we ask that each school provides one judge that we can call upon. We are not going to charge judging fees for not having more than 1, but failure to provide a judge will result in the removal of your entries from the tournament. Each judge should be available at least one round past their last entry standing.
