NOTE 1: WE HAVE NO ENTRY FEES OR PENALTY FINES ADMINISTERED ONLINE, SO IGNORE THOSE DEADLINES.
NOTE 2: PLEASE REGISTER YOUR JUDGES AS WELL!
NOTE 3: PLEASE EMAIL BONNIE THE NUMBER OF OBSERVERS YOU PLAN TO BRING; NAMES ARE NOT NEEDED.

Registration HERE ends Tuesday 11/15 at 9:00 p.m. You may CONTINUE to ADD JUDGES and DROP competitors online until Wednesday 11/16 at 5:00 p.m. Any changes after that must be communicated to Dr. Bonnie Perry AS SOON AS POSSIBLE via email: blperry2002@yahoo.com.

Bonnie and me (Brad Taylor) will begin the tedious process of scheduling the tournament after the deadline. Any email changes should be for truly unexpected events (illness, etc.) -- please do your best to finalize your entries by the deadline.

NOTE 5: PLEASE text or email or call Bonnie with any changes on the DAY OF competition AS SOON AS YOU ARE AWARE - please do not wait until you arrive at the venue.

NOTE 6: We will be using online ballots. ALL JUDGES must have a Tabroom account properly linked to your school AND NEED TO HAVE A DEVICE (computer, tablet, phone) to access Tabroom and their ballot at the venue.

Registration 3:00 - 3:30 p.m.

Extemp Draw 3:30 p.m.

Round 1 (all events) 3:45 p.m.

Extemp Draw 2 when student finishes round 1

Round 2 (all events) 4:45 p.m.

Distribute ballots 6:00 p.m.

***PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE ENTRY:the website has a 2-person Parli entry system, but it differs slightly from the others. When you click on the Varsity or JV Parli Event, it does not give you a list of students to enter on the right panel, but only the green ADD ENTRYbutton. Click theADD ENTRYbutton, then you will get a screen that lets you 1) GIVE THE TEAM A NAME (customize it somehow, for example with A, B if you have multiple teams or last name initials, but keep the school name there too), and 2) select each student from a pull down menu.
