13^th Annual “Speak the Speech I Pray You” – Classic

The Sudan High School Resonance Speech Team welcomes you to their 13^th annual, “Speak the Speech I Pray You” – Classic. This TFA qualifying tournament features 12 TFA events plus Poetry and Prose.

Students may enter three events in Pattern A and 2 events in Pattern B. Debate may only enter debate. Congress may enter 2 events in pattern B. Students may not enter both extemps. We will be using the TFA Spring 2024 Congress docket. Prelims will use items 1-5 and finals items 6-10.

LD will use the UIL Spring topic. Resolved: (When posted).

Schools with at least one CX Team or LDer must provide at least one judge or a single $50 charge (which will cover all Debate entries).

Handsome trophies will be awarded through 6^th place in each Individual event and through 8^th in Congress, Poetry and Prose. Debate will receive trophies through quarters. Three sweepstakes trophies will be awarded (1^st – 3^rd) and a single small school sweepstakes trophy (1A and 2A).
