Colleagues,

We are happy to announce that the Space City Round Robin is returning to round out the 2022-2023 competitive debate season. Entry is by invitation only. Institutions will receive both a physical letter and an email inviting them to send their top policy debate team to compete in one of our two round robin pods. There will be a cap of eight entries, 4 in each pod with two judges per debate. Institutional invitations will initially begin to be sent after the University of Houston Cougar Classic.

Each team is required to bring a qualified judge. You CANNOT buy out of your obligation.

The round robin will be held in a HYBRID format. Teams will be invited to compete in person at the Langham Creek HS campus but will have the choice to compete virtually if preferred.

The Space City Round Robin will have a selection of some of the best debate teams in Texas and beyond. If you are interested in attending but have not received an invitation, please fill out the following application here.
