2022 East Congress ND

The East Student Congress Invitational will be held MONDAY, September 26th starting at 8:30 A.M. at the RAMADA (the old Baymont and even older Doublewood) in FARGO. You may make your reservations by calling 701-235-3333. Registration will be from 7:45 AM -8:00 the morning of the tournament. Please call GAYLE with any changes at 701-866-0148 as soon as you know them. By doing this we will be able to make accurate seating charts.
Please return your registration to Gayle Hyde by Monday, September 19th at 4 pm. To register, please complete the registration below and email to hydeg@fargo.k12.nd.us
ALL CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO THE ND ROUGHRIDER NFL. The ND roughrider coaches will host both the East and West meets. We may enlist the help of other coaches as well. NOTE THE ADDRESS CHANGE BELOW
The cost of the tournament will be $25.00 per student. This includes a noon lunch. Coach/judge fee is 20.00. Please remember that the requirement is 1 judge or parliamentarian per 10 students. If you need to hire a judge, the cost of a hired judge is $85.00 (65.00 + the coach/judge fee which includes their lunch). If you have questions call the above listed numbers or email me.
