5:00 - 5:15 PM-Welcome Assembly via Zoom

5:25 PM- Everyone reports to their round

5:30-7:30 AM Round 1 (All events)

Saturday

8:15-8:30 AM- Coach Check in with Kwodwo via Google Meets

8:15-8:30 AM- Judge Check-in via Zoom for Round 1 (ALL JUDGES (non-coaches) please be sure to check-in)

8:45 AM- Pairings Released

8:55 AM Everyone reports to their rounds

9-11 AM Round 2 (All events)

11 AM Judge Check-in Round 3

11:15 AM Pairings Released

11:25 AM Everyone reports to their round

11:30 AM- 1:30 PM Round 3 (All events)

1:30 AM-2:30 PM- Lunch

2 PM Semifinal Judge Check in via Zoom

2:15 PM Pairings Released

2:25 PM- Everyone reports to their round

2:30 - 4:30 PM Semifinal Round (All events)

4:35 PM Finals Judge Check-in via Zoom

4:55 PM-Everyone Reports to their round

5:00-7:00 PM Final Round (All events)

7:15 PM (or as soon as Finals is finished) – Awards Ceremony via Zoom
