Schedule. Due to a number of disparate factors, we have decided to reduce the number of prelims from 8 to 6. The tournament will still run January 3rd-6th, with a structure of 3/3+awards/3/2. See below for full schedule; we will post a Google spreadsheet of the schedule with all US time zones within the next week.

Elims: We will clear half the field, up to a full double-octafinals.

Platform. We are using Classrooms.Cloud for all competition.

Fees. In order to cover platform costs, trophy shipping, tab staff, and honorarium for our guest speaker, we must set fees at $80 per team. If this imposes a budgetary burden, please e-mail bwk9@georgetown.edu to have your fees waived. (This is especially important if you were originally planning to compete online and the fee increase would deter you from participation.) We will send instructions regarding how to pay fees closer to tournament registration.

Guest speaker. In accordance with the tradition of the Fullerton tournament, a special guest will speak at the awards ceremony. We are very excited about this year's speaker and hope to announce that person soon.

Online Update 12/17

It is with great regret that we announce that Georgetown will no longer be able to host you in-person this January. The University’s senior leadership, in conjunction with its Public Health Team, has determined that doing so—either on campus or elsewhere—is no longer tenable in light of the COVID-19 virus’s evolving trajectory. For this reason, the FullerTown 2022 tournament will be held fully online.
We know that this is disappointing news, and we will miss seeing all of you in-person in Washington, D.C. We hope that we can gather again soon. We also apologize for the inconveniences that this change incurs.
We are currently evaluating what changes are appropriate to platform, entry fees, tournament structure, and so on in light of this shift, and will be in touch with finalized details next week. In the interim, we remain excited for the tournament itself, and hope that you will join us.
