The 4th annual Millard South Kaspar Cup will take place on November 20, 2021.  You and your team are invited to compete in Policy Debate, Lincoln Douglas Debate, Public Forum Debate & Congressional Debate. We will be competing in person. Millard Public Schools does not require masking, but we encourage you to mask up for the health and safety of our Debate community.
