Audit Procedures

Primary results of each round (win/loss or rank) will be released to the advisor or coach representative from each school in attendance at the conclusion of each round. The coach representative/advisor is responsible for reviewing results in a timely manner and alerting the District Committee to any potential errors or violations of the audit procedure. (HS Manual pg 94)

"If coaches believe errors in tabulation have occurred, they must first address the issue with the District Committee in a timely fashion. If the tournament is still in progress, the protest should be lodged within one round of the audit being available to coaches. 

The audit for final round results must [will] be made available before the awards assembly. No protests regarding tabulation will be permitted after the awards assembly." (HS Manual pg 94)
