MSQI is happy to host its 3rd tournament of 2021-22. We are excited to return to live, in-person debates. Registration is only open to schools who joined the MSQI Debate League. All students must be fully vaccinated (boosters not required) to participate. 

Resolution:

Resolved:  Animal testing is needed for advancements in medical science. 

Date and Location:

This tournament will take place in-person on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at MS 210 in Ozone Park, Queens. 

The tournament is scheduled to run from 8:00am - 4:00pm.

Registration:

Registration closes at 5:00pm on Thursday, April 28.  Schools will not be able to add students after this deadline. However, schools will be able to drop and repair students. All students must be fully vaccinated (boosters not required) to participate. 

All schools must submit a student roster to MSQI in order for students to participate. Students will appear on the waitlist until this information is received. 

Judges must be registered by 5:00pm on May 4. Please note that all judges must have proof of vaccination to enter a DOE building and participate in the tournament. Students will appear on the waitlist until we reach our judge quota.
