BVSW is planning to be in person the first weekend of October. There will be a longer invite posted shortly, but we will be following the below mitigation strategies:

1. Everyone in the building must wear a mask at all times, except when speaking. 

2. To discourage large groups congregating together, teams will be given home rooms. 

3. There will not be a commons area, concessions, hospitality, or meals.
