2021 ONLINE YOUNG GENIUS ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, AND HIGH SCHOOL 

SPEECH & CONGRESSIONAL DEBATE TOURNAMENT

Young Genius Association is very excited to host our 11th online tournament, which will take place on Saturday, August 7, 2021. The event will be conducted entirely online via NSDA Classrooms.

Registration for this tournament is open for all student competitors from across the country and the globe. For Congressional debaters, there are two categories for enrollment: for elementary (2-5th grade) and combined middle and high school (6-12th grade) level competition. We also offer opportunities for competitive speech, again at the elementary and combined middle and high school levels. Please consult the event descriptions in order to learn more about the format.

7:30 - 8:30AM • Mandatory Judge Check-In/Training

8:30 - 8:45AM • Tournament Welcome

9:00 - 10:15AM • Round 1 for all levels of Congress and Speech

10:15 - 10:30AM • Break

10:30 - 11:45AM • Round 2 for all levels of Congress and Speech

11:45AM - 12:45PM • Lunch Break

12:45 - 2:00PM • Round 3 for all levels of Congress and Speech

2:00 - 2:45PM • Break
