The 2nd Annual Quarantine Classic
2021 — Online, US
Hello and welcome to the second annual Quarantine Classic! This year we saw firsthand the debilitating effects the pandemic has had on communities around the world. Often times it's hard to realize that it was more than a year that we were in lockdown. Seeing that the debate community is full of eager, friendly people, we decided to host a completely free online tournament for Lincoln Douglas and Public Forum.
While there are MANY tournaments that are advertising free tournaments, this is quite different in the sense that we have a perfect track record when it comes to online tournaments. During my first year of hosting the tournament, we managed to put on 6 rounds of PF in 1 day and effectively eliminate any problems that came our way. When it comes to online tournaments, we'd like to think that there's no other tournament that can do it better than us. Since we're current debaters we know the hassle and struggle with online tournaments, and we're doing everything in our power to get good judging, fun experiences, and on-time rounds. All we need from you is to join the tournament, compete, and have fun!
The tournament will be hosted on Discord with rooms for people to compete in.
