ASDCA Spring Coaches Convention

All Arizona Speech and Debate Coaches Association member schools are invited to the Spring Coaches' Convention on April 24th, 2021.
We will discuss issues related to Speech and Debate, particularly for the 2021-22 school year, review our proposed tournament calendar, elect new officers, and vote on language proposals.
This meeting will be via Zoom, and will be free to all member coaches.
Register for the meeting by adding yourself as a "judge."
Tournament requests may be made to Kevin Berlat kjberlat@gmail.com by April 21st.
Rule proposals can be sent to Kevin by April 21st as well, and will be posted on this website.

Trophy Swap!!!!!!
First of all thank you all for keeping Speech and Debate thriving during this challenging year!
With the Speech & Debate season for 2020-2021 winding down, we have organized a time and place for distributing all your students trophies they have earned this year. We will have trophies from the following tournaments:
- Desert Ridge Maverick
- McClintock Jim Fountain Classic
- Mountain View Toro Country Classic
- Winter Trophy - Division I and II
- BASIS Peoria Scorpion Spectacular
- U of A Wildcat Classic
- Mesa High Jackrabbit Jamboree
- AIA State - Division I and II
- National Qualifier
Trophies will be distributed on Friday, April 23 between 4:00PM and 6:30PM
The location will be behind the Vertech Industrial Systems office on 4409 E. Baseline Rd in Phoenix (see attached picture). Sounds sketchy, doesn't it? Actually this is my work location and the boss was kind enough to allow us to use the back parking lot. And it is reasonably centrally located. We're about a mile west of I-10 on Baseline, south side of the street.
