This tournament is fully synchronous.

Lincoln-Douglas and Public Forum will happen Friday via Zoom. There are no entry fees. Schools must provide one judge per two entries or fraction thereof.

Individual events will happen Saturday via NSDA Campus (extemp/impromptu draw on Zoom). Entry fees are $1 per entry. Schools must provide one judge per seven entries or fraction thereof. All judges are obligated for finals. Finals are cumulative.

We will not purchase awards. Some BVN students will likely enter the tournament. The only rule is that grievances are not allowed. We reserve the right to handle any issues as we see fit.
