**Please Note: Should we not need Semi Final rounds we WILL PUSH ROUNDS UP! I will try to be as communicative as possible, but please let your students know that if they break to Semis/Finals to be on standby and ready to go!

JUDGING REQUIREMENTS:

If you have LIVE spontaneous event competitors you will need to provide LIVE spontaneous event Judges. In addition, please note which day your judge will be judging when adding them to Tabroom. If they are judging both days, put "BOTH".

If your judge is signed up for Saturday please let them know it will be an ALL DAY event. They may be asynchronous in the morning, but live in the afternoon. Please provide judges that are not judging other competitions that day as we need the asynchronous results to move our qualifiers along.

If you want to split your Judges on Saturday that is fine, but please notate it on Tabroom as well. The more I know the better!

PREFERENCES:
Please have students who are double entered in two events (whether they be two IE events or debate and IE) fill out this State Tournament Preference Sheet BEFORE IE qualifiers! Please open up the link for any questions regarding how preferences work going to State as it has all the principles laid out to assist you.

Also, a friendly reminder that your student has to have competed in at least ONE Individual Event Competition this year to be able to attend Qualifiers (It can be in any event as long as they have shown up to a past tournament!)
