We are so excited to be hosting the Inaugural IPDA High School National Championships.  For so long this style of debate has existed in college and has only had a high school circuit in Arkansas but now it is time for the nation to find the perks of it. 

Working in conjunction with colleges and universities we are so excited to offer this opportunity of 6 rounds of prelim debates in varsity and novice debate and elimination rounds based on entry numbers.  

This year we are not requiring any qualification standards to enter the tournament.  Just the will to want to do IPDA debate and the ability to be able to cover your judging obligation of 1 judge per every 4 entries.  We will be offering hired judging to cover but what we cannot we will place entry caps.

For regions that may be new to this style of debate it is an extemporaneous form of debate similar to the NSDA style with a bit more structure.  Here is a base guide that you can work from for information.  

We are excited to announce we will be offering an open division.  This division will cater to alumni, coaches, or any one over 18 with the urge to compete.
