The CBSR Debate Championship Tournament is for members in good standing of the Citrus Belt Speech Region. Membership is defined by a geographical region that your school must be part of, correct paperwork being submitted to CBSR and CHSSA, and dues being paid to CBSR and CHSSA.

The tournament will include four kinds of debate: Parliamentary, Public Forum, Lincoln Douglas, and Policy. Debates with a predetermined topic will be using the March topics.
