Please make the entry fees check payable to The North GA Community Foundation GNMD Fund.

Please mail to Steven Wang, 1380 Montrose Dr., Gainesville, GA 30501, to ease record keeping (when they go directly to the Community Foundation address, it sometimes causes havoc in terms of tracking/record keeping).

Any NSDA fees (dues, memberships, etc...) need to be made payable by separate check (or electronic payment) to NSDA, and it is highly desirable that they be paid in full by Friday 2/12/21, so that all is electronically cleared well before Round I of the Tournament.
