Dear Coach,

         The Klein High School Speech and Debate Team would like to take this opportunity to invite you to attend our 33rd annual T.F.A. qualifying tournament #Kleinvitational to be held on November 11th-14th.  

We hope to offer a top quality competitive environment based upon our thirty years of experience as a tournament host.

Entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.   Entries will be accepted until our facilities are full.  All entries must be finalized by 3pm, November 9th, with all pre-recorded Interpretation events being attached to the competitors registration by 10 p.m. the same evening.  At that point fees are fixed and we will begin charging drop fees.

We will be offering Novice Divisions in Lincoln Douglas Debate and Public Forum; additionally, we will also offer a Novice division in Extemp, Poetry/Prose, Humorous/Dramatic and Oratory (though we reserve the right to collapse if the Novice events are too small). Middle school teams are eligible to compete in our novice divisions. For Middle School Teams ONLY we will also have available for registration Lipsync, Declamation and Storytelling. Registration can only be done by accessing tabroom.com, and selecting the “Register” grey tab at the top.

*** Our tournament schedule was updated 11/2 to reflect schedule changes in Congress and Extemp. Congress Prelims and Finals will be held Friday night, to allow for cross-entry between Extemp and Congress. Extemp will take place all on Saturday to accommodate those debaters who do not make it into out rounds and wish to compete in Extemp.***
