Events Offered: Both Varsity and JV Divisions of Parliamentary Debate, Public Forum Debate, Lincoln-Douglas Debate, and Policy Debate

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABILITY OF THE TOURNAMENT TO BE ON TIME RESTS ON EVERY INDIVIDUAL AT THE TOURNAMENT BEING ON TIME.
A SINGLE COACH OR JUDGE CAN CAUSE A DOMINO EFFECT THAT CAUSES HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE TO BE DELAYED. PLEASE COMMUNICATE TO ALL COACHES, STUDENTS, AND JUDGES HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO BE ON TIME AND COMPLETE TASKS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Resolutions:
PF: Resolved - Resolved: The United States should adopt a declaratory nuclear policy of no first use.
LD: Resolved - The United States ought to provide a federal jobs guarantee.
Policy: Resolved - The United States federal government should enact substantial criminal justice reform in the United States in one or more of the following: forensic science, policing, sentencing.
Costs (per Article XI Section 3 of CFL Bylaws):
Entry Fees: $11 per student ($22 per team)
Nuisance Fees:
Drops after drop deadline: $21 per dropped entry
Drops less than 24 hours before the tournament: $53 per entry [after tournament has been paneled]
Judge Requirements (per the CFL Board Manual Article XXVI)
LD: 1 judge for every 3 entries
Parli: 1 judge for every 3 entries
PF: 1 judge for every 3 entries
Policy: 1 judge for every 2 entries

7:30AM - 8:15AM -- Official Chaperone Check-In and Registration (schools not checked in by 8:00AM by the legal chaperone will be dropped)
7:30- 8:15 -- Judge Check-In (schools without all judges checked in by 8:00AM risk league penalties including but not limited to dropping entries)
8:15- 8:30: Judging Instructions
