Dear Colleagues,

You are cordially invited to attend the Plano Senior-Clark Swing 2020, hosted by the Plano Senior and Clark Speech Teams. Due to the ongoing pandemic, regulations set by the Texas Forensic Association, and our concern for the safety of all students and staff - this tournament will be held virtually. Though we will not be coming together in person, we are committed to providing you a quality tournament experience. This is an opportunity for your team to compete and earn Texas Forensic Association qualifying points for the TFA State Tournament and NIETOC bids.  This event will take place on August 28 and 29 utilizing the Classroom.cloud platform and Tabroom.com – Debate Events (CX, LD, PF, WS, CD) and Extemp will be synchronous, and Individual Events will be asynchronous. On Thursday, August 27, there will be a mandatory judge training for all registered judges.

Please read all tournament information carefully for a full breakdown of events that can be entered, deadlines, and a tournament schedule. We understand that this is still very much new territory for all of us and there will be questions. We want to help you feel supported throughout this experience. Please feel free to reach out with questions, comments, and concerns.

All entries and judge names must be made through Tabroom by August 21, 2020.

All asynchronous events must be recorded and loaded onto the platform by August 24, 2020
