Dear Colleagues,

The Parkview and Central Chapters of the National Speech and Debate Association are proud to announce the 64th annual Bob Bilyeu Winter Classic Speech and Debate Tournament on January 26-30, 2021. This tournament will take place entirely on Tabroom and NSDA Campus

Varsity competition will include the following events: Champ Policy Debate, Regular Policy Debate, Champ Lincoln-Douglas Debate, Regular Lincoln-Douglas Debate, Champ Public Forum Debate, Regular Public Forum Debate, International and U.S. Extemporaneous Speaking, Original Oratory, Informative Speaking, Dramatic and Humorous Interpretation, Program of Oral Interpretation, and Duo Interpretation (not duet acting).

Novice competition will include Policy Debate, Lincoln-Douglas Debate, Public Forum Debate, International and U.S. Extemporaneous Speaking, Original Oratory, Informative Speaking, Dramatic and Humorous Interpretation, Program of Oral Interpretation, and Duo Interpretation (not duet acting). 

Awards will be presented to the top six in each individual event. 

Entries must be submitted on Tabroom by January 20 at 5 pm. Script information and video submissions are due by January 25 at 3:00 pm. Drops that occur after 5 pm will be subjected to a $10 drop fee.
