Hello Everyone,

SBHS will host our Speech & Debate Tournament on Saturday, January 4th.  We'd like to start rounds at 9:30, which means that Radio and Extemp will be starting prep at 9 am. Judge training will start at 8:45.

Please send your speech entries to Carly, or enter them directly onto this document.  Please sent debate entries to Veronica.

We would appreciate these entries as soon as possible (by Thursday, 1/2/20) so we know how many rooms and judges we need.

If you are bringing judges, please sent us their names, contact information, and let us know if they would like to judge speech or debate.
If you know you are not attending, please let us know.

Our Debate topic will be - Resolved: The United States should end its economic sanctions against Venezuela. .

If you have judges available to help our at our tournament (specifically on the debate side), we would love to have them. Please sent their contact information as soon as you are able.

We will provide light refreshments in the morning and plan to have pizza around midday.  Please let us know if you have any questions.

Many thanks,
