The annual CBSR Halloween Tournament

October 26th at LOS OSOS HIGH SCHOOL

We will again have a costume contest, so all participants are encouraged to come in costume. 

Registration begins at 8:00am.  Judges instructions at 8:45.  First round at 9:00. 

Open and Novice divisions of Parli, Public Forum, & Congress. We may collapse to one "open" division if entry numbers are low.
