SOKY Speech Scrimmage Invitation

Who:  All 4th-12th graders and at least 1 adult per 4 students

What: Friendly competition of broadcasting skills

Where: BGJHS--enter near auditorium. Sign in at table.

When: 4:00-7:00 OCT 17, 2019

Why: To have a fun, educational experience practicing broadcasting skills 

and learn more about how to compete and judge broadcasting.

BGHS & BGJHS Students need to register with Mrs. Martin.

All other schools need to register on tabroom.com

What should students wear?

Jeans & a school t-shirt.

What should students bring?

2 typed copies of a 3 minute broadcasting script.

$2 for the entry fee

pen/pencil, tape, & scissors

Stopwatch or phone/etc. with a stopwatch feature.

What should adults bring?

Laptop or tablet computer for online ballots.

7:00 Awards
