  TOPICS: The Public Forum topic will be the March topic: Resolved: The United State should increase its use of nuclear energy for commercial energy production

 The LD topic is the March/April topic: Resolved: Predictive policing is unjust

 The Policy topic is: Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially reduce Direct Commercial Sales and/or Foreign Military Sales of arms from the United States.

AWARDS: Awards will be given to the top 3 in each individual event (Interp events will be collapsed into one), top 3 in each congress house and top 3 in the debate events.
