Prattville Lions Classic     Speech and Debate Tournament

Dear Speech Colleagues,

The Prattville High School Speech and Debate Team is pleased to host the Prattville Lion Classic Speech and Debate Tournament.  Consider this your special invitation to attend Friday and Saturday, November 22 and November 23, 2019, on the Prattville High School Campus in Prattville, Alabama.

Our tournament will include all I.E. events: Humorous, Dramatic, Duo, Poetry, Prose, POI, Original Oratory, Informative, Impromptu and Extemporaneous Speaking.

We will also offer Novice categories in Public Forum and Lincoln Douglas as well as varsity; however, if novice categories do not make, we will collapse them with the Varsity events.

We will have a short opening ceremony at 4pm in the lunchroom and rounds will begin at 4:30. Please try not to arrive on campus till about 3:30 as there will be heavy traffic during dismissal.

Additionally, we will offer a Judges Lounge with finger foods and snacks and will also be selling concessions in the lunchroom for competitors. Please make checks payable to Prattville High School.
