We cordially invite you to the 2019 Queen City Invitational at Charlotte Catholic High School on Saturday, October 26, 2019.

We are pleased to note that our tournament will once again serve as a qualifying tournament to the NCFL Grand National Tournament for the CFL of Charlotte.

We will offer competition in the following events and divisions:

Duo Interpretation

Program Oral Interpretation

Novice Reading (Novice only)

Original Oratory

Informative Speaking

Extemporaneous Speaking

Impromptu Speaking

Declamation (9th / 10th grade students only)

Congressional Debate (Novice & Varsity)

Lincoln Douglas Debate (Novice & Varsity)

Public Forum Debate (Novice & Varsity)

**Tournament directors reserve the right to combine divisions if necessary to ensure quality competition**

All debate events will use the 2019 September/October resolutions as published by the National Speech & Debate Association. Novice Lincoln Douglas Debate will use the novice topic on civil disobedience.
