Students may enter in two events. If we are oversubscribed we will implement the league waitlist process.

Judge Instructions

Please provide one ADULT judge for every four entries. This judge quota applies to all rounds, regardless of how many entries advance to semi-finals or finals. Thus, a school with five entries must provide two ADULT judges for all four rounds.

This will be a large tournament, so please enter your students by Wednesday, January 22nd at 5pm and judges no later than Thursday, January 23rd at 10:00pm.

 

Reminder: for speech tournaments, we have moved to online ballots so ALL judges must have a Tabroom account and must bring some sort of electronic device (laptop, tablet, etc.) to fill out their ballots.

 

AM Judges - 7:15am - 1:00pm

 PM Judges - 12:00pm - 6:00pm 

Registration:

7:00 – 7:15 a.m. PLEASE NOTE-IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 7:15a.m. YOUR ENTRIES WILL BE DROPPED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Judges' Instructions:

7:30 a.m.

Round 1 begins

8:00 a.m.

Round 2 begins

10:00 a.m. (each campus will run rounds ASAP, follow instructions given in each judge room for most accurate report times)

   

Round 3 begins

12:30 p.m. (PM Judging instructions start at 12:00pm)

Semi-Finals begin

3:00 p.m.

Please carefully review our bylaws for eligibility of students:

A. Students participating in CFL tournaments shall meet the academic requirements for co-curricular participation established by their schools and/or school districts. Students must be enrolled in the school they represent.

$11.00 per single entry and $22.00 per duo team

Invoices are directly available online on the tabroom account used to register entries.

Drops after the drop deadline will be assessed a fee of $50 per entry. 

Additions after the drop deadline will be assessed a late fee of $60.

Awards will be given to all finalists in all events.
