Prospective Speech and Debate Teams:

We are proud to invite you and your team to the Second Annual Baton Rouge Magnet High School Speech & Debate Invitational on February 14th and February 15th, 2020. We are looking forward to making history and sharing that history with you. The BRMHS Family will host a wide range of events and in Debate and Individual Events, along with that, we are a honored to become a NIETOC bid tournament!

Also, we also have two congress chambers. One will be for the Novices (House of Representatives) and the other for Varsity students (Senate). If you never competed or only in first year of competition, you should compete in the House of Representatives. Along with student congress, we will also offer Big Question Debate. This event will be offered on Saturday after students are eliminated from Debate Events and/or Speech Events.
