^{Team composition: 4 competitors/teams each in Congress, LD, PF, and Policy & 3 competitors each in NX, FX, IMP, and Oratory.}

^{Judge requirements: 1 per 2 in CX, PF & LD entries or portion thereof; 1 per 5 IE entries or portion thereof: and 1 congress judge for the panel, if you want representation in the congress judging. (The region will reimburse the school for judges. Judges are committed all rounds and will be paid $50 if available all rounds)}

^{Debate pairing: Each school must meet each school.}

^{Individual Event Pairing: Random by round}

^{Pairing review: 7:30 AM on Saturday morning during registration.}

^{Topics: Extemp topics will come from the NFHS; Impromptu will be standard—single word abstracts, quotations, and social value questions by round. March topics will be used for public forum and Lincoln-Douglas debate events. They are released on February 1. The Policy topic is Resolved: Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially reduce its restrictions on legal immigration to the United States. The Congress docket will be selected from the UDCA pool and released on February 1.}

^{Depending on the needs for policy rounds, we may be able to move schedule to one hour rounds after rounds 1 and 2. We need to single flight LD and PF, in case we need to run 5 rounds to meet the "every school meets every school" burden. Schedule will be revised once entries are clearer.}
