Dear Forensics Coach:
The Brainerd High School Debate Team invites you and your debaters to participate in the Third Rural Debate League Tournament on Thursday, November 8th. It will be held at Brainerd High School, 702 South 5th Street, Brainerd, MN 56401.
We will have LD, PF and Congress. The legislation will on Tabroom.
We are hoping to use legislation generated by the students competing. Please send me one or two bills/resolutions.
LD: $5.00 per entry
Cong: $5.00 per entry
PF: $5.00 per team

I am scheduled for jury duty on the 7th and 8th. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE have registrations, judges and pizza in on Tuesday. I might not be sitting on the jury, but I want everything set up as much as possible beforehand.
Tentative Schedule:
Registration 3:15 – 3:35 PM
Round I – 3:40
Round II – 4:30
Round III – 5:20
Break - 6:00
Round IV – 6:30
RESULTS – 7:30
Meals: We will try to have a break from 6:00-6:30.
Send me your order by Tuesday at 4:00. It is $8.00 per pizza with a $2.50 delivery fee. I will try to avoid the delivery fee if I can. If you write out a check, write it out to Brainerd High School
Judges: You need 1 judge for every 2 PF teams or for every 2 LD'ers and every fraction thereof. You only need 1 judge for congress. We will have judges for hire for $60.00 per judge but we need as much advance notice as possible. We hope to have plenty of judges for hire, but let us know as soon as possible so that we are able to cover the necessary judge slots. If we do not have enough judges, we may have to collapse teams; two teams will then become one team for the competition that day or we may run a bye.
