1 Judge for Every Policy/Public Forum/ LD Debate Teams
1 Judge for Every 4 Speech Entries
Policy and LD Judges may only judge Policy/LD Debates
Public Forum Judges may only judge Public Forum Debates
All judges may judge speech events

Topics and Legislation:
Public Forum - Resolved: The United States should promote the development of market rate housing in urban neighborhoods.
Lincoln-Douglas - Resolved: The illegal use of drugs ought to be treated as a matter of public health, not of criminal justice.
Policy Debate - Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially reduce its restrictions on legal immigration to the United States.
Big Questions - Resolved: Humans are primarily driven by self-interest.
